I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I tried to hire these Yahoos. I booked six weeks in advance for boiler service. No show, no call. When they didn’t show up at the appointed time I call them. I was told they would be here in forty minutes. Three hours later I called back and was told they would check to see what was going on and call me right back. They never called back and every call I made after that went to voicemail. Voicemail was full and I couldn’t even leave a message. I think I dodged a bullet with them if this is any indication of their professionalism. What kind of amateurs just ghost their clients?
Santa Fe Express are honest and competent guys. I was quoted by Daniels for over double what Santa Fe Express was charging. They were able to come out the same day to make sure there wasn’t immediate problem with my boiler before they did a full replacement. My first call will be to Santa Fe Express for now on.
2 weeks ago when it was single digits at night, a pipe in the garage blew.Glad I was home and figured out how to turn the water off. Then I squeegeed the garage. I used this company the year before when I had no heat ( yay winter !)so I waited 3 days for them to come. They fixed the busted part and found another which 3 hours later was also fixed. Plumbing is expensive but I knew they only did what needed to be done and I was happy to have water. They are experienced & competent. I shall use them again!
OMG These guys are awesome. They came out promptly to service my boiler (screwed up by prev plumbers) and fixed FOUR ISSUES which had rendered the heating system basically not functional. They finessed one big issue without fuss and replaced or fixed 3 other issues with parts on their truck. Efficient, fairly priced and cute (hehe). I recommend them highly – esp as 3 other plumbers were responsible for – or had overlooked all of the problems. Bless Robert and Ignacio for their wonderful service to me. I heartily recommend these wonderful dudes.
Robert, the owner, and Ignacio were just here to repair our gas fireplace insert. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. They also did another diagnostic and repair on another fireplace insert, making the remote control work for the first time in 9 years. They also checked a direct vent gas heater and pointed to the evidence that it needs to be replaced. We are very satisfied with the work they did and the reasonable price they charged.
