I’ve had Fulcrum for a year or so and at first they were amazing! Responsive, helpful and professional. As of the last 5 months I’m basically paying for someone to come service my house whenever they want and at whatever time they feel like it. ZERO communication and response from all the numbers I’ve called. I’d like to say I’ve canceled my service, but NO ONE ANSWERS MY CALLS!!! What kind of scam are these people running here? I’m paying $48/month for nothing. This review is my last resort.
Today was my first experience with Fulcrum Pest Control, and I absolutely know it will not be my last. From the initial contact with Ryan, who was very professional and knowledgeable, to meeting Jon Paul who handled the initial treatment, it was a smooth and painless process from start to finish. I feel that our home is in good hands with this Company, and I would recommend them without question.
I am adding information to my original review since I needed an extra visit. I can only say that every single person I have dealt with in this Company has been awesome. Today I met Jay, he was friendly and efficient, and left me with a feeling of confidence in their service. Two thumbs up for Fulcrum Pest Control! I could not be happier.
When we first signed up with Fulcrum Pest Control, we were very satisfied. We received a notification that they have sold to Truly Nolan and their office staff has disappeared. Not only do they never answer their phones but they have not answered 3 messages that we have left inquiring about our bill charges as their bill does not itemize the service being charged for. We have called leaving messages on their “machine” or whatever it is that takes the message, not a live person, and obviously they do not listen to the messages because we receive auto-dial recorded messages back from Fulcrum telling us our bill has not been paid. Go figure Fulcrum…try answering your phones, listening to your messages from customers and returning calls with a live office person…your spray services are fantastic, your service techs are awesome and truth be told they deserve far better office support than you are giving. Very dissatisfied customers even to the point of my husband leaving a very angry message and telling you that you are fired last week…today he received a canned auto-dial message from you again ❗ REALLY ❓
I have been a customer with Fulcrum for about a year now and they never disappoint. We had a new technician come out today, Jay and he was very friendly and willing to educate us on any service information in which we had questions. He was flexible allowing me to prepare the indoors before coming in to spray which is greatly appreciated since I have little ones in the house. Thank you again for such a great job Fulcrum and Jay!
We have been with fulcrum for 1 1/2 years now and we are pleased with their service. They always give up a heads up when they come out and we had no more scorpions in the house since we use their service. They insured us that our little lizards in the back yard are not being harmed, which is great. John Paul is always very friendly and nice, we can truly recommend this company.
