Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff! Best stocked professional irrigation and sprinkler supply in Albuquerque. This is no big box faceless warehouse…they actually know what they’re doing!
Unprofessional, they do not own up to their mistakes or make things right risky using this company. Had to call and repay someone else to redo their shotty work
If I had to base my rating on their customer service alone, it would be 1 star- the quality and prices are the only upside. The older man with glasses was really rude, & why ask us who we are getting our parts for? It’s for our irrigation system, why is that any of that important?
I use these guys all the time for anything irrigation related. Not sure if they want their names called out but huge thanks to the folks that help me out regularly(everyone here is super kind).
This place is great if you’re doing any kind of sprinkler work water work or anything like that this is place to go I haven’t and one of their shirts they gave out their customer appreciation day where they had lied barbecue and all kind of stuff door prizes what more could you want it’s a great great business got to love anyone that does a customer appreciation day
