I have used CBS Quality Lawn Care for over 15 years. They have gone above and beyond on countless occasions — patiently troubleshooting and solving irksome problems, installing drip irrigation, maintaining over 30 sprinkler heads, and repairing various valve and riser issues. Recently, we had an issue with a newly installed timer and they honored the warranty and promptly resolved the matter. The technicians are professional and trained, arrive on time, respect your property, and are very courteous. I highly recommend them!

CBS Lawn/CBS Chimney does not disappoint. I’ve needed sprinkler and drip system repair as well as a firebox/chimney rebuild and they show up on time and do a good job. I’ve used them over the past 8+ years and even when picking up the phone to take your call- they are all about service.
Sprinkler repair, lawn care, chimney repair… this company is professional and takes care of their customers!
Beware scheduling an estimate as they do not courtesy call or text to confirm appointment date and time, but will call and tell you the technicians are at your house when you are not. I called at the end of April 2023 and was scheduled for May 12, 2023. May 10th the receptionist called and said they had to reschedule me and I reminded them that I am available on Fridays after 1 PM and before 4 PM (technicians aren’t available after 4) then the receptionist said they will call me back. May 12th comes along and I believed the original appointment was canceled only to receive a call from the receptionist telling me the technicians are at my residence while I was out on another errand across town. Receptionist then said their next available Friday after 1 PM is June 2, 2023. June 2nd comes and the receptionist calls me at 12 PM, while I’m still at work, to say the technicians are on their way. Had I received a reminder I either would’ve taken the day off to be available or cancel the appointment.
