After misplacing the original invoice they left at my house while completing work while I wasn’t there I called and asked if I could just pay via Credit Card, PayPal, ACH, etc, to which the owner replied they only take check. I asked if they could give me the amount owed so I could stop at a bank while I was out of town and send it off. The owner didn’t have an invoice handy and was out of town as well and asked that I call upon my return. I called when I got back and was given the amount so I wrote the check and places it to go out in the following mail run at my office. 3 days later they don’t have the check and are making the most rude statements “if you lose your invoice that really tells me a lot about you and I don’t think I want to do business with you” “you need to get it together” just plain outdated service and technology and completely unprofessional in the tone over a simple mix up and both of us being out of town over a holiday!
We’ve done several projects with Premier Ponds, all of which went very well. They did exactly what was agreed to and on time. Great to work with.
