   I had one system bootlegged on top of another and a 120 ft long hedge suffering from inadequate irrigation. Augustin got me all set up on my iphone quickly and added addtl lines with heads I’d never seen. He walked me thru the rebate procedure after selecting a controller brand that qualified under the State rebate plan of $200! He fixed a continually-breaking corner head using various 360 degree elbow joints as well. I wanted an expert and I got one! Augustin is my Magic Man. I love my landscaping so much and have worked so hard but despite taking 2 irrigation courses at Cuyamaca College i could not solve my problems and was feeling extremely inadequate. No landscapers really helped as they don’t know the first thing about all the stuff available. (I am a widow BTW.) Augustin and I worked well together. I am so delighted I found him.

   Augustin has been servicing our sprinkler system for 3 years and has always been timely, professional and pricing is very fair. He responds quickly to urgent needs and schedules regular work in a reasonable amount of time. Very dependable – I know he’ll always return the call quickly. Thanks for the great service!

   Agustin was quick to get back to me to go over the issue we were having and was able to come by and work on our irrigation system. Despite the quirks of how several pipes in our system are laid out, he was able to fix what was broken quickly and cleanly. We really appreciate the wonderful service provided today and would not hesitate to use him again!

   What a scam this “inspection” was for our sprinkler system. Don’t even bother with this guy. He came out looked at everything quickly then said he wouldn’t do the job and wanted to collect a fee. He told me my wires going to my backyard were damaged because he attempted to test for continuity but obviously if you know that the valve that those wires are hooked up to are broken and you test for continuity then you will have a failure. I tested and my wires are just fine. Go find yourself a company that can do repairs and installations that will provide you an estimate. He basically just goes around giving inspections and telling you to call someone else and charges you for that. I even told him in the initial call that this was likely a full rebuild but he convinced me to have him take a look to see what he could do.

   We asked him over to look over an existing irrigation system as we knew it needed some updates. He showed-up and told my wife that SHE should write down his comments. Basically, he spent about 30 minutes walking around telling her to jot down things that we already knew were issues, hence our asking him over. So we ended-up paying him his $125 “consultation” fee, which he was just justified since he is “certified”. We never had him back over since he provided no written report, no water use analysis, and no recommendations… oh, and he seemed chauvinist. If you like tossing money away, he is your guy 😉
