   Nasra Ali

   Paul in the Electrical department at the Home Depot on Coors made our life so much easier. He took the time to really listen to what we needed and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything would work for our project. Customer service like this is rare but Paul was truly a huge help and made the whole experience stress-free. We’ll definitely be back because of him!

   I was there at 6:am on Monday Dec 29th.
   I was at the product return desk to return a defective welder I had purchased.
   The young woman at the return desk was smart, helpful and kind.
   She made my exchange of product a happy experience instead of a troublesome problem.
   The new welder works great!
   I guess the other one was a fluke factory defect.
   She will go far in the customer service industry with this great professionalism and kindness.
   She made me feel like a valuable customer.
   Note to manager: this person is going to be very valuable to any employer.
   Good financial compensation and good working conditions might keep someone else from hiring her away so soon.

   Sabrina Gomez

   Britney Sjostron, appliance specialist at store 3507 was a pleasure to purchase from. She is knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as we approached the appliance area, she approached us with a greeting and smile. We had shopped around and decided this is what would work for our families new washer purchase. If you have questions or just browsing, go see Britney. She’ll take care of you.

   Ashleigh Lynn

   We stopped here on the way back from Camping World on 17 Jan 2026, to get some gas Teflon tape. We found it quickly and it was just what we needed. There was an employee that popped up, eyeing us like we were stealing… and he followed us to the self check-out, too. A little weird, but I guess we looked suspicious somehow. Otherwise, it’s your typical Home Depot and we got in/out quickly.

   I have to thank the manager Brad for donating supplies we needed to help our community coaching youth cheer camps. He didn’t hesitate when I asked him for materials that would help us coach kids the fundamentals of cheer. I appreciate his kindness, willingness and generosity for to support us while reaching out to students for a great cause- supporting mental health. Thank you Brad so much for donating what we really needed for our program to succeed.
