   World class service from a local business. So pleased with the end-to-end process, including the service after the sale. Something came up and these guys rose to the occasion and delivered solutions above and beyond my expectations. Their Technicians, Joe & Reid, were outstanding… knowledgeable and courteous. So glad I went with this company to make such an important purchase.

   This is the only place to go if you want to get exactly what you need, nothing more or less. Eric was unbelievable from my first call to my in store visit to delivery. He helped determine pellet vs ceramic and then the correct size and accessories. I cannot recommend this store enough.

   Fantastic Experience, Start to Finish

   Stephen A. was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all our options. He really listened to what we wanted with features, layout, and budget and made it feel like a true consultation on what we will enjoy and what is best for our vision.

   The showroom is beautiful and offers a wide range of products for different needs and price points. Throughout the process, the team stayed engaged and was especially helpful in coordinating with us while the contractors were installing the appliances.

   I also met Layne, the owner. Seeing his excitement for our selection really reinforced the investment and made us feel like we are in good hands well past the delivery date. This is our third purchase with them since moving over the years, and everyone I’ve interacted with there has been excellent and a joy to work with.

   We went with a Twin Eagles setup with teppanyaki grill, gas grill with rotisserie, searing station, power burner, built-in cooler, and storage. All are working beyond what we expected and it’s now our favorite part of the house. Thank you for the great experience and helping us build a new space we love!
