Clean, well stocked and super friendly service is what you can find at this Lowe’s. Being that I live in Boulder City, it’s the closest big home improvement center around and fortunately, only about 10-15 minutes away. I literally never feel a need to go anywhere else or any further into Henderson as they always seem to have what I need. Even their garden center is typically filled with healthy looking plants and I love stopping in to check out all the plants and flowers even when I don’t need any. Of course, it’s always nice that they’re never crowded the way some of the other stores can get in Henderson or Vegas. I should also note that they are VERY dog friendly too and so I always make sure to bring mine and she just loves the staff and they seem to love her too.
Horrible bought a entertainment stand with fireplace , came with nails sticking out after waiting a week for it we then had to return it because it was defective. Had no others available and ended up having to put the tv and other items on the ground after it was picked up. Definitely recommend going to furniture store for objects like that. Horrible Horrible service. Spoke with a manager byebthe name of Linda who basically said what is it u want me to do . Save yourself the hassle pay more go elsewhere.
Update per lowes request for me to call them i was told we didnt ask u to call us there is nothing noted in your account u need to wait 2 weeks for your refund. So AGAIN crap service waste of my time for the 7x calling u per your request. . Please do not respond d to make it look like you guys care lol to save face
This place made me feel good about the customer service I received from Lowe’s. I’m glad that after speaking to a manger they were able to help me return my item even though it was past the return date because of my unique situation & emergency. Thanks again. I will continue to show Lowe’s my business.
So we recently wanted to buy a dishwasher found the one we wanted in store. We were informed that there were 140+ but not sure which store has them. We called a few different stores which all gave us the run around! Since they want to make money off you by basically forcing you to pay to have it shipped to your home you really cannot pick items up in store any longer. I called customer service to have one delivered from the warehouse to the closest store to us and the customer service person who is obviously not in the US as most of them aren’t took care of it. Now I do not like using your card to order over the phone anyways but since we were getting the runaround it seemed to be our only option and my fear indeed came true! The scam artist customer service rep for Lowe’s home improvement charged our card 3 times for things that were not approved!!! This is why this fear exists and corporate America is completely out of control!!!!
I am a person with a disability who relies on a trained service animal. My experience at this store (Store #1537) was not just-unpleasant, it was illegal. A female manager in her 50s confronted me at the door and falsely accused my service animal of having defecated in the store. An employee standing right there had to correct her, explaining I had not even entered the store yet. This manager then proceeded to illegally interrogate me, demanding “papers” (which don’t exist under the ADA) and asking me to disclose my specific disability. This is a humiliating, discriminatory, and illegal line of questioning. This manager is a serious liability, and I am filing a formal ADA complaint.
