I have used them on multiple jobs and they did an good job until recently. Last year they planted 2 trees in my yard that were directly over my septic system leech field. They should have absolutely checked, due to the way the root systems on weeping willows grow, but I was willing to let that go. When I asked them about moving them and they said sure no problem. I told them if the cost was going to be too much that we could just cut them down, but they said it wouldn’t and we moved ahead. They moved 2 trees about 50 feet and charged me 2 thousand dollars (part of that was extending the drip system about 15 feet as well). They had about 6 people here who sat on my patio for about 3 of the 5 hours they were here eating and leaving their trash and food scraps behind, but that’s typical for them. 3 weeks later both trees are dead and they refuse to answer the phone or respond in any way.
I will be taking legal action.
Claudia, Diego, and their crew have completed multiple jobs for us for several years. Their work is quality, they are always on time and usually finish ahead of schedule, and they often go above and beyond. After completing the job they did for us last spring (2024), they cleaned up a mess left by another company – at no extra charge! We often recommend Ramirez-Solis Landscaping to friends and they have all been highly satisfied.
This crew is great! They demonstrated that not only did they complete our project, but went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. Their general property cleanup was beyond what we expected. We are happy to now be on their maintenance schedule. Thanks Diego!
Sucks at landscaping and the owner will brake check you in his crappie red truck for no reason. Recommend going with more professional landscapers
Diego and Claudia came out within a couple of days. They did some trimming and advised me on how I could save a few bushes from dying. Quality work at a great price! Wonderful people to work with.
