He was amazing! Definitely went above and beyond, was super informative with any questions we had! The whole team, from the very first call to the day of service, so welcoming, friendly, respectful and informative. this company will take great care of your home and family! I was very impressed with Matthieu from Moxie Pest Control. He did a termite treatment & was great. He texted before he arrived, was very pleasant & professional & completed the work in a timely manner & left no mess behind. Thank you for superb service.

I have been using Moxie for a couple years and have never had an issue before. Actually, I have been very pleased with the service.
But today was different. Kristofer came to my house while I was at work, as usually happens, but only treated the front of the house. He refused to treat my backyard claiming that my dogs were outside. This is false, I do have dogs, but they were both locked inside the house. When my wife got home she confirmed that there were no dogs outside and everything was still shut tight.
I can only assume Kristofer F. is afraid of dogs and heard a bark from inside and decided he did not want to even look into the backyard.
I will be calling to book a follow up treatment with Moxie, because they do good work. But hopefully Kristofer will not be sent back out to my house.
I am delighted to share another positive experience today with Jason from Moxie Pest Control Services. Jason took the time to educate me as to the services and the condition of the property and was very kind to my family. I highly recommend both Jason and Moxie for their services.
