Very clean . From what I’ve experienced it always smells good on the first floor and they have someone cleaning up . Staff is super connectable and relaxed . Community is nice . You can have an convo with just about anyone if you wanted to . fitness centers are spacious enough to have a good workout. About a minute from blue star and the river walk. IMO
Overall, I really enjoyed living at Trove. The building itself was well-maintained, the front desk staff were always kind and helpful, and the community was a great place to live.
Unfortunately, the move-out process with the property manager, Nadia, was very disappointing. She did not remember the pet policy from 2023 and incorrectly told me that my pet deposit was non-refundable. Thankfully, I had a picture of the policy and was able to show it, which finally resolved the issue. What made the situation worse was that Nadia does not communicate directly with tenants. Instead, she stays in her office and makes the front desk staff relay messages back and forth, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
I want to highlight that the front desk staff did a wonderful job trying to help and were professional throughout. The only negative aspect of my experience was the lack of accountability and communication from the property manager. If management improved in this area, it would make the community even better.
The fact that they try covering the bad reviews with new “fake” comments is the oldest trick in the book!
To start off the girls in the front are the worst! & definitely here just to clock in! They are no help whatsoever regarding Anything actually!
Not to mention not informing us about the loud train that passes literally 5-6 times a day/night (including 2am 3am ) before moving in . Didn’t have my apartment ready & offered me another apartment but tried charging me more $ . Also I paid for a storage unit just to tell me they didn’t have any available the day of . Just the dumbest stuff ever. Those would be things you should know before charging someone , plus the people here lol well let’s just say they take in housing so…yea
Every time I’ve gone in to check on my application I have seen that there are mobs of frustrated residents gathering at the office daily — it’s starting to feel like a dystopian environment in this community. Many residents have leases that expired one to two years ago, among numerous other ongoing issues. Upper management appears completely negligent, if not unaware, of the chaos unfolding here.
The current manager, Nadia, is consistently rude and unprofessional, and the office is severely understaffed with no additional staff available to assist residents. She frequently isolates herself in her office, leaving the only front desk employee to manage all residents, applicants, and prospects alone.
This property has the potential to be a great place to live if proper management and staffing were in place. Unfortunately, the current manager is not capable of effectively handling her responsibilities.
I wanted to apply here because my sister referred me (she’s had the same issues I’ve had), but after starting the application process and dealing with the manager, I quickly decided to find a better place nearby.
Where do I start, the pictures are pretty much everyday I know all the tenants see this things are bad here we get find for ever little thing but apartment can do what they want! Rose it’s a Great worker the maintenance workers are great as well! That been said not all staff BBB needs to be involved walls on each floor has water damage even most units this places has a serious roach problem the owner needs to get involved asap! I could keep going on trash rooms are now locked people still throw trash everywhere the pool is usually a mess out side looks a mess this places needs a real renovation upgrade maybe some new staff definitely New Management Nadia needs to be replaced it was better off when it was cevallos loft’s this apartment is out of control!
