   If you decide to come to Grand prairie, be prepared to sit in slow traffic on i-20 just about any time of day. Traffic in the metro area has become a joke. It still amazes me that businesses decide to come here considering the poor infastructure.

   Texans deserve better, but they won’t get it Grand Prairie.

   I went get a birth certificate, but I was told they do not do it in Grand Prairie so I was wasted my time going up there. The website needs to be changed.

   I thank the city of Grand Prairie for having Salvador Gonzalez Jr in the planning and development dept be part of their team. Salvador has assisted me with misc questions, in which he always goes above and beyond to help me with what i need, and if he does not k now the answer, he makes sure to call me back or sends me an email with the correct information. We need more people like him at every city. Thank you for your hard work.

   Everybody here is kind, efficient, responsive and helpful. I have worked for a general contractor in several different cities and this is the best run city hall by far. Thank you to all in the building permit, and engineering department for making a usually hard process much easier. I would also like to acknowledge the hard work from the cleaning/janitor staff. You can eat off any surface in this building by just how clean it always is.
