Chris was our technician and I will definitely highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He did such a great job helping us. It’s very clear that they actually care in helping the situation. He even gave me a referral for someone to help us with closing out where the rodents come in. I hope we don’t need them again but if we did I know we’ll be in good hands.
I’ve had a great experience with Rudy he is always professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what they’re doing, answer questions, and genuinely care about making sure the issue is handled properly. It’s such a relief to work with someone reliable and thorough. I had such a great experience with Bug Out! Chris arrived right on time, was incredibly thorough, and went above and beyond my expectations. He was kind, respectful, and truly a joy to have in our home. He really knows his stuff — any questions I had, he was more than willing to answer and explained everything clearly, including what to do and what to expect. I especially appreciated that he took the time to reassure me that the product used was safe for my pets and my 9-month-old baby. It gave me such peace of mind!
