My daughter lost her wallet and LawnRangers brought it back with the cash still in it. These are quality people and can be trusted even with your wallet.
Saw the entire crew flipping off a vehicle on the highway as they proceeded to tailgate them because the car had to merge into their lane. Even after the vehicle exited the crew hung out of their windows flipping off the driver and honking the horn. The driver of the truck also took part in the actions. The driver also got within inches of the vehicle to intimidate them. So sad these individual are so disrespectful and in a company vehicle none the less. Lawn rangers you seriously need to take action. This is your name out there and your crew acted like thugs. Very bad for your company and your name. They could have also caused an accident that would have been on your hands. Very disrespectful and very bad image for you lawn ranges. I would never want your crew on my property, or near my property after what I witnessed.
If it was possible to give a negative star rating I would, as one is way to high of a score. I was scheduled with this company through my home warranty company. When I was sent a bill I had asked shouldn’t this be sent to my home warranty company? The office manager told me you were the one that scheduled us so you are responsible for the bill. After showing her in fact she was wrong that my home warranty company sent her my info and she reached out to schedule I was told that it was my responsibility to figure out how they can submit a bill to my home warranty company. This is not my responsibility as I do not work for lawn rangers, this is the responsibility of the office manger. Secondly the work they performed not only didn’t fix the issue but made it worse. I had called and left a message to have someone call me back to fix this issue. After not hearing from anyone I called in and let the office manager know my issue. She wanted to act like she was doing me a favor by making me wait two weeks to have them come and and fix what they damaged. After explaining that I can’t have an even worse leak for two weeks especially considering we are in a drought. She then proceeded to tell me that the technician came out walked me through how my irrigation system works and left. If that was the case why do I have a bill for parts and labor? I would not hire this company. There are way to many reputable companies to have to use lawn rangers.
Lawn Rangers has been our maintenance company for just over two years. Our yard has never looked better. It is so nice not having to constantly fuss over the yard, whether it be fertilizing, mowing, clean ups or removal of leaves in the fall, Lawn Rangers take care of it all. They have always been professional, detail oriented and knowledgeable. When we had an issue with a couple of our sprinkler heads they got the technician out the next day. We would highly recommend them!
We have a large property and have used Lawn Rangers for one year now. They show up promptly every week with three or four workers and the lawn is mowed well and the walkways and patio blown clean. They haul away all the clippings and leaves.
I love that I don’t have to be home, I don’t have to provide gas, tools or maintain any equipment. I pay online. It is so convenient and they do a good job. Not inexpensive, but worthwhile.
