   The Tropicana Pavilion looks fantastic!! It’s a show piece!!
   The colors and material selections are perfect.
   I have attached a couple of pictures.

   Tropicana, your teams were excellent! The delivery with the crane and assembly of the kitchen counters and appliances were accomplished with real care for the quality of the product. Your installation team was efficient and focused on the quality of their work. The team responsible for the construction of the pavilion roof and framing the structure was terrific! Everyone on that three-man team knew exactly what their on-site jobs were and went about their business. The craftsmanship in the work is evident in the final product. The two-tone look of the structure and underside of the roof is great, just stunning.

   My wife and I really love how you customized our project. By turning and extending the roof you created a comfortable seating and lounging area, just what we were hoping for. We also love the walk-up bar section of the pavilion. We’ve hosted several large gatherings in our yard already. Everyone who sees our yard with the Tropicana Pavillion as a center piece of the design love it.

   Couldn’t be happier with our outdoor kitchen. Everyone at Tropicana Outdoor Living was extremely helpful and worked with us every step of the way. We modified a couple of different designs to come up with what we wanted. They met every want from us and it came out great. The crew that set up the kitchen were detailed oriented and made sure the kitchen was in perfect shape. It’s a great addition to our outdoor living space. I highly recommend Tropicana Outdoor Living to anyone wishing to enhance their outdoor space.

   We purchased our beautiful outdoor kitchen in 2018 at the Los Angeles County Fair. Joann was extremely helpful in making sure our kitchen would fit in the space we had but also fit our needs. She explained so many things we didn’t even think of. Besides having so many options, colors and styles available, she also explained the type of materials they use to build the kitchens which are made of very durable and weather proof material. Regardless of the size of your yard, small, medium or large they are able to accommodate any space. Our kitchen was installed in Feb 2019. The crew came out and made sure everything was installed and worked properly before they left. We are thoroughly enjoying our outdoor kitchen. It is beautiful and very functional. It’s great to be in our yard cooking, eating, watching TV and enjoying the time. Joann, Mike, and the crew are very professional, patient, and helpful. They stand by their product. We highly recommend Tropicana Outdoor Living! Many thanks Joann, Mike, and crew!

   We recently had an outdoor kitchen built by this company, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. They made the whole process incredibly easy — from the initial design phase through to delivery and installation, everything was smooth and stress-free. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is top-notch, and you can tell they take pride in their work.

   There was a small discrepancy regarding one part we thought was included in the package. Rather than pushing back or getting into a debate, their customer service team was fantastic. They listened to our concern and, without hesitation, honored what we originally believed was part of the deal. That kind of service is rare these days and really speaks to their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

   When the time comes for us to move and set up a new outdoor space at our next home, we won’t hesitate for a second — we’ll definitely be calling them again. Highly recommended!

   We been meaning to complete a review! Thank you Tropicana Outdoor Living Team on your services. We are extremely happy with our outcome of our BBQ island.
   We came across their booth at the LA Fair May 2022. It so happen we were in the market for new bbq island. Our bbq island was outdated and needed repairs. Tropicana had everything we wanted on our wish list, such as TV, Bluetooth speakers, 5 burner bbq grill with rotisserie burner, refrigerator and cocktail bar style sink with ice bucket.
   Our island fits and looks perfect in our backyard! This was all prefect timing too, in time for the Holidays and for our family to enjoy. We appreciate your team accommodated a few last minute changes.
