   I purchased my hot tub from them 10 years ago and still love it! When I have needed a part or maintenance supplies, they are quick and reasonably priced. I recently had the cover replaced and Im very pleased with the pricing and quality in addition to them having it in stock.

   Worst experience ever!!! Seriously. We were overcharged, forgotten about, lied to, they left the water on, absolutely HORRIBLE opening and closing, cheapest materials possible and they kept trying make money off of us at every turn. I won’t even buy chemicals from this place. Please go LITERALLY anywhere else.

   Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I need to move the hot tub I bought from them in Dec 22 to a new concrete slab outside the backyard. The offer to schedule me and requested some pictures. I send the pic to the email I was given. Since they didn’t respond, I stopped by the store, talked to Paul and uploaded the pics to his cell phone. He said they will contact me for scheduling but I could be done ( I requested the service to be done before Oct 6)The next day I called and they said
   that Paul had gone on vacation and they were short handed so I was looking around 3 weeks at least before the service could be done. I requested to speak to the owner and he said he was busy with another client. He told me he was going to call me back ( that was this past Friday). Extremely dissatisfied by their lack of professionalism. I wish I have not spent 25K plus in that store.

   Th service here was really great. I called to make sure they had my part. They got it quickly, including a couple of other things I needed as well. It was quite in the showroom, so the sales person even took my items out and put them in my car for me.

   Great store, knowledgeable staff and very helpful. As a nice pool owner I needed lots of help and they deliver at a fair price. They also have a great service tech Albert and his helper Luis! Top of the Crop in pool techs . Very helpful and friendly. I appreciate you all and thanks for helping me manage my pool.
