Chris and his team did a great job replacing a front deck and stairs. Chris provided a detailed overview of the planned work, proposed improvements to strengthen the deck, and identified potential code compliance issues to be addressed. The team was highly communicative throughout the process and did not sacrifice quality in order to move fast. Delphi Construction will be my first call for future needs.
Chris did an amazing job building our new waterproof deck with glass railing. He is such a detailed professional, and has built us a solid structure that will last forever. He tore down our old rotting deck and put a new one in it’s place, complete with LED lighting and a ceiling underneath.
He’s also very handy in our other specialty projects that have come up! We had him build a custom enclosure for our pool equipment, paint our driveway and seal the cracks, and put in a new outdoor bar. We are so happy! Chris Doctor is hard working and such a nice guy. You’ll be so happy if you hire him and Delphi Construction!
Chris did an amazing job on our deck. Very professional yet casual. I am very pleased with the end result. We got the total waterproofing, and now we can sit under our deck stay dry. It’s beautiful… take a look.
We had an outdoor stair leak that damaged our ceiling. Other contractors wanted to redo the whole staircase and railing for $64,000. Chris gave me a repair that I am confident in for $4000. He even came back and textured the surface when we noticed it was slightly slippery. Talk about above and beyond! It’s not a new roof but I think it’ll give us 5-10 years with some maintenance. I can’t say enough good things about him. As others have noted he has some stories. I’ve found that contractors come in two varieties surly and unpleasant or talkative. He’s the later. He seems to really like people and doing a great job without padding the bill. You’d better believe I’ll use him for every project that I can!
I needed a sidedeck waterproofed after the last couple of years of heavy rain caused water to spill down into a studio/garage just below it. I was having a new tenant move in shortly and needed to find someone quick. Luckily, a friend of a friend recommended Delphi Construction. Chris, who owns the company, was easy to work with from start to finish, which was a huge relief. He and his team did a fantastic job and I am very satisfied with the result! I recommend Delphi Construction for your waterproofing needs.
