Zero stars if possible! This place is horrible and that is an understatement! The entire front office is rude! Homeless people are a problem here so if you want to feel safe don’t move here! Forget about having friends or relatives visit here because there is no open window for visitors! They will tow your vehicle on the spot without warning even in the visitors section! $240 to get your vehicle out and that’s if it’s within 12 hours! Stay far away from this “apartment complex” this is definitely not a place to call home!
The apartment complex acting management (Rachael) is absolutely ridiculous very rude and not management material for a company that is under HUD. they do not comply with the property rules about the wait-list and the employees Evon and Angie have no recollection of what’s going on and give out false information about the property. when you receive your interview paperwork for your apartment they want to say that your still considered on a wait-list and that you have all these people in front of you. They are extremely unorganized unprofessional and very inconsiderate. The maintenance crew is a lot more professional to there tenants then the actual acting employees that are in the Vista verde apartment office. Something needs to seriously be done about the organization of the tenants information that has been given to these new acting employees cause everyone has all there government information floating around and these acting management and employees just don’t seem to know anything of what they are doing in the office. Jose Robles supervisor of the corporate office needs to be made aware of these issues cause this is really getting out of hand and us people are just being over looked for our apartments cause acting management wants to sit here and not know nothing of what she is doing in that office.
I’m giving it 5 stars because I happen to live here and I like it it’s quiet day and night, the apt’s are real clean all the neighbors and other residents are friendly it’s not not how some of these ppl giving reviews make it out to be like this one I read by David Charo where he’s complaining, cuz his car almost got towed w/o any warning, said he was visiting family, well now if his story were true then the person to blame would’ve been his families fault, they’re givin guest parking passes so they won’t get towed, any warnings he thinks he should’ve. gotten should’ve came. from his family. I’m sorry but I had to right that wrong he was throwing out there to me it sounds like he had a personal grudge against these apt”s he shouldn’t abuse his position to get back at someone.
It’s okay my mom likes living there but for me there’s some things that need to be worked on just a little bit there’s a problem with homeless trying to get in the property into the pool and ask for money from the residents ! They have awesome pool but then again the homeless try to come and swim in it or residents from nearby!
Went to visit my family and almost got my vehicle towed on the weekend without warning. Management has to stop trying to make money off of visiters by towing their cars especially on the weekends. Not everybody is from Haven for Hope. If they dont get nothing out of it then why not warn visiters? That says alot about Prospera Management. My point is, discrimination by association. If you look homeless, youll get towed even if your just visiting. If it werent true, why did a visiting pregnant day care provider get towed early in the morning, on the weekend for doing her job which probably barely makes maybe 20 hours. No warning, no customer service reminder. That’s sad. Vista Verda needs new management. What corporate doesnt know won’t hurt them, well it will after these reviews get read. Get used to it. Customers and residents will speak up, im just one of many.
