   I had the best day at Osuna!! I came for a pothos plant for my bedroom and left with way more. The plants here are beautiful and well cared for. Highly recommend stopping by!

   Ariel is completely awesome!!! Her customer is exceptional . We went to Osuna nursery and of course, fell in love with the place. We searched all over the place to find specific urns and we couldn’t find anywhere except Osuna nursery. And then we dealt with Ariel and that just put the whole experience over the top. She is absolutely fantastic. Her customer service is exceptional. We came in kind of late and she made sure that we got it delivered and put on our truck to take home. She treated us like we were the only people in the store ! She is top-notch hang onto her. She’s a keeper. Thank you so much.

   Spectacular selection of plants! They all look amazingly healthy and well cared for. They are on par with the old Rowland Nursery. They are a little on the pricey side but you get very healthy plants. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. I will be shopping here from now on.

   I came in on Friday to get started on seed shopping but had a terrible experience. As I was browsing, what appeared to be the manager had come down and was extremely rude and disrespectful to an employee, shouting at her for no apparent reason. I usually love coming in every spring and supporting local, but don’t plan to continue to give them my business. I don’t feel comfortable supporting a business that treats their employees so poorly. Very unprofessional and rude.
