   Had a tough clog in the drain pipe to the septic system. Jerry was very nice and professional and he was done in less than an hour. And it was half the price of others companies we called.

   A simple P trap clean out turned into a nightmare.
   Called them out to check some bathroom fixtures that were draining slowly. Approved 1 hour over the phone with dispatch and gave instructions to call if any further issues came up.
   Technician seemed unprepared mentioning he didn’t bring certain tools needed. Removed base boards and chair rail trim without asking and cut a hole in the drywall.
   Then called and advised I needed a 1000$ P-Trap (that it seems he broke with his snake) repair on one of the tub fixtures. He only resolved 1 of the slow draining fixtures, advised he had been there for almost 2 hours and hung up the phone when I mentioned I only approved 1 hour to the dispatch.
   The technician then bad mouthed me to the tenant and started cursing while he stormed out. Leaving a hole in my wall and the bathtub disassembled. Embarrassing.
   This was on a Friday, the following day I had to call out Wagner for an emergency service because the sewage was backing up into the house. A simple P trap clean out turned into a nightmare.

   So I have been having a sewer septic problem and had A1 plumbing come out several times to help and did a fantastic job. Finally, we got to the point where we needed to do some septic work and some digging and some reconstruction. These guys were highly committed on solving the problem and we’re experts they made all repairs of a radiant floor and found out that there was actually a fitting inside of the sewer system and were able to solve the problem and they had doug meticulously through some tile and cement and did a great job. Highly recommend these guys without any reservation.

   Robert and Nehemiah were great. Both explained to the home owner exactly what was happening here at the cabin with the plumbing problem. both were very courteous, we would refer them both to anyone experiencing this type of problems in their home

   I went online to research companies that install swamp coolers.
   A-1was listed in the top three for Albuquerque. I’d worked with them before and was very satisfied, both with the the cost and the work. but something seemed amiss this time around. I had called two other contractors. A-1 was the first scheduled for Monday morning, and because the tech a) was running very late and b) never bothered to call to let me know if and when he was coming one of the two had to be rescheduled. It wasn’t just the tardiness that bothered me. When the tech showed up on the following day (again, running late), I doubt he was here even 20 minutes and he seemed in a hurry to leave. The only question he asked me was where the swamp cooler was. Never smiled, didn’t seem terribly engaged. A week has gone by and I have yet to receive an estimate . . . which is fine, if the company doesn’t need my business because they are that busy. I can say this: I will not be calling them again. How should I grade A-1? On returning calls and promptness, the best I can give them is a D. On cost? I’ll never know. Never got an estimate. On PR? Nebulous. I WAS comfortable with the receptionist; not so much with the technician. Professionalism?? Hmmm . . . The guy took the measurements, said he’d call his boss, that was it. That combined with the fact that it seemed like a huge imposition for him to even show up and I wondered if he even liked his job, I have to give a flat out F.
