   We hired Avila Construction for a bathroom remodeling project. We were so pleased that we hired them again for our 2nd bathroom, and they will handle our staircase renovation next. Daniel is very creative, detail oriented, and always places customer satisfaction at the top of his priorities. We highly recommend Avila Construction for any house improvement project.

   Avila Construction did an amazing job rewiring for our transition from a gas stove to electric. They did it promptly, and were always polite and efficient. They put in some unexpected hours when the hookup was more complicated than expected, but the bill came in as quoted. We have worked with them in the past (bathroom remodel), and had a similarly great experience. Highly recommend! Extremely knowledgeable.

   Avila did a total bathroom remodel for us, along with several smaller projects. I’ll start by saying that we contacted five different contractors, four of whom came out to look at what we wanted and told us they would submit estimates. Avila was the ONLY one to follow through with what they promised.
   The bathroom was completely redone. The only thing left in there after demo was a light. Daniel was always responsive to issues and questions and was able to help give us the bathroom we envisioned and even helped create extra space for us by moving some mechanical ducts that we thought couldn’t be done. Everyone that entered the house was professional but friendly. They cleaned up well every day. The bathroom is accessed through our bedroom, which we still needed to sleep in and they made sure that everything was protected during the day and cleaned up at night.
   We needed some shelving in our closets and instead of using cheap prefabricated shelving, they built custom shelving for us to specifications. Everything they did was quality. And they didn’t overcharge for it.
   All the work was well done and high quality and we had almost no punch list items because the crew would take care of things as soon as they saw them.
   We were very happy with all the work that Avila did for us and would highly recommend them. We would definitely ask Daniel to handle any future work we planned to do.

   We were extremely pleased with the work that Avila Construction did. We had an old portal that got taken over by our wisteria plant. We needed someone to protect the plant while building a new, strong structure. Avila Construction did the job perfectly, and built a very modern portal that we are thrilled with. Daniel is very kind and had good ideas for how to do the project, and his staff were respectful, on time, and cleaned up well. We would highly recommend Avila Construction!
