It’s been day and night working with Jamestown vs. your typical builder. They have been professional, pleasant, responsive, but most of all, built a very high quality and beautiful home for us. Brady Harvey has been truly amazing to work with, he always goes the extra mile to make sure we have everything taken care of.

Please do not use Jamestown for your home build. They are a custom home builder, but would be better off being semi-custom. The subcontractors they use for HVAC are sub par (we set our AC at 76 and it ran for over 500 hours in each June, July, August with ridiculous electric bills). Our windows leak when it rains (Hurricane Beryl was a pain because of this). Flooring keeps coming up in areas. Multiple other issues and when we contacted Jamestown, they would come out and make minor adjustments and not truly fix the problem…essentially they ran out the warranty. In our neighborhood group chat, all of the Jamestown owners have had significant more issues and difficulty with Jamestown fixing things as compared to the other builder in our neighborhood. Please do your research before signing a contract with them, I have told many friends of mine moving to the area to use a different builder.
