My experience with them started really well. Their staff was friendly and informative. They got me the part I needed. My issues are with their returns process. I was able to return my items, but they were not able to refund my credit card. The cashier didn’t seem to understand how their systems work. I paid with my phone and somehow he kept blaming me for not bringing the physical card. I’ve done returns like this before at other locations with zero issues. He was unable to issue a refund. His solution was to advise me to return another day with the physical card. I’m not driving all the way here a second time for a refund, only to get another confused employee. I offered him to just refund in cash, check, any other method. He just kept rejecting any solution. There was no solution for him. The physical card won’t work because Apple Pay changes the card number when you pay with your phone. I explained him that. He still didn’t understand. I ended up filing a chargeback with my card issuer. Not coming back. My time is more valuable than dealing with beginners.
Been a loyal customer to the Escondido store which is great ! Bummer that this San Diego location sucks , they’ll have you standing waiting for 15+ minutes while they finish their computer work instead of attending their in store clients. AVOID AT ALL COSTS , site one is down the street !

As a retail customer, I found their service and friendliness welcoming. The range and availability of products and advice for ‘home-owner’ use was reassuring. Communication was easy in English and Spanish.
Great service the people who works there are very friendly and very helpful if you don’t know what to get they help you out to accomplish what you need very good customer service
