   ALMOST everything was perfect with this process. It was quick and easy. Construction for a 2 bedroom casita was only 3 months! The only issue was with initial measurements and being told (by Charlie) that the standard 2 bedroom would fit in our space, but by our own measurements, it wouldn’t. We therefore had to semi customize to shrink their 2 bedroom model down to fit in our space, which added cost. Otherwise the process was pretty seamless and streamlined. It is an absolutely beautiful casita that meets all of our needs. We’ve enjoyed using it and can highly recommend going through Picasa instead of trying to piecemeal all the work through another contractor which adds time and money.

   We just completed the build on our two bedroom casita and I can not tell you enough good things about this company. Have you ever built a house from start to finish pretty much stress free? I hadn’t either until now (and I have built one other home and remodeled two). Their process is so streamlined that I didn’t really have to worry about a thing. I also cannot say enough about how respectful to our property and our neighbors the entire crew was from start to finish. It’s truly a marvel how dialed in they have everything. The second I ever started to worry about something they already had it taken care of so I learned to just kick back and let them do their thing. The completed product is better than we could have hoped and everyone who has seen it is so incredibly impressed with it. People literally pull off the street wanting to see it. If you’re thinking about going with this company, definitely give them a shot. You won’t regret it!

   Working with Picasa Homes to build our casita was an incredible experience from start to finish! Charlie and the team took the time to understand our needs and helped us design a space that was not only functional but absolutely beautiful. The entire process—from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough—was seamless and stress-free.

   The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it’s clear they pay attention to every detail. They kept us informed every step of the way and always responded quickly to our questions. Our casita has completely transformed our property. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would recommend Picasa Homes to anyone considering an ADU or home addition!

   I interviewed and received estimates from 4 contractors on an entire home remodel and ended up choosing this company. A professional in the industry had referred me to them. I was very impressed from the beginning. They paid attention to every line item, asked clarifying questions, and provided a very concise estimate. And, their price was fair.
   My project was assigned a project manager named Carlos. Carlos was very good—a great asset to the company. When he said something was going to get done, it got done, most times sooner than planned. A lot of the work was in-house to them and it showed because they had great control of the schedule.
   I highly recommend this company. As far as they are around, they are my go-to contractor in the LV metro. True professionals in my book and a pleasure to deal with.

   Their showroom for the tiny homes is fantastic. We are going through them to have our home built and we are both super excited. The model that we went through is really nice and it’s just what we need. I will follow up after we move in and let you know how everything went.
