I found ROW at the home show in the spring of 2025 and hired them in December to resurface my pool deck. Mike and team did an amazing job for me. Communication was great. Estimates were clear and concise and easily understood. Mike even went the extra mile to find tile that matched our existing 20 year old tile. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to have resurfacing done. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the experience.
Hired R.O.W. on my friend’s recommendation plus their reviews and I am not disappointed! They replaced my ugly, popping-off tile with a beautiful new tile and it looks so awesome next to my turf! The finished product is lovely and every worker who helped was friendly, kind, and capable. Even though rainy weather caused a slow start, the work was done so quickly I didn’t have to wait too long for my newly refinished pool. Would recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful upgrade.
The process with ROW is geared to the pace you want for planning. My pool maintenance guy recommended ROW. They were professional at every turn. Once demo started they pushed to complete the project around potential weather issues like overnight freezes. They use the best materials available through Universal Cement and Aquabella Tile. ROW was even receptive to installing 3rd party products like a copper spillway liner for my spa.
There were several quality checks as the project moved forward, and their GM was on site to supervise the plastering from beginning to end.
I would highly recommend ROW Custom to anyone looking to build or refurbished a pool in Las Vegas.

Had entire inground pool chipped, tiled and replastered. Time to completion was about 5 weeks due to weather but overall every step was done quickly and professionally. Could use some help in the updates/scheduling/notification of being onsite and need to eliminate the all day scheduling for certain tasks. An AM/PM slot would work. Cost was very affordable considering the amount of hard work involved. All done by great employees. A+.
Outstanding! Competed the re-plaster with tile replacement and chose this company based on representative Rory…so knowledgeable and helpful. Company crews came through in waves clearly communicating with one another to take care of every detail. Project mgrs, Memo and Polo, kept an eye on things daily and kept us in the loop. Could not ask for a better company.
