   Cyndy in the Flooring Department at Home Depot was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right flooring for my needs. She took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you’re shopping for flooring, ask for Cyndy she goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

   We recently bought a dryer from Home Depot. When we came in, we went to the appliances section of the store and Shannice M was available to help us. Despite the availability of the dryers shown on display, Shannice M even showed us the options through the Home Depot website. We did not once felt pressured to buy right on the spot. She took her time and gave us advice based on our preferences as well as narrowing down the cost of everything. If you ask me who to reach out to for a future purchase on appliances, Shannice M is your person to go to.

   I wanted to relay my experience at home depot on marks street. We were in need of a refrigerator and found one marked down significantly. It was late in the evening and we decided to come back the following day. When we arrived the tag was gone and the price was changed. I spoke to Dave the assistant manager showed him photos of the sales tag and although it was a mistake he honored the price. He had Jennifer in appliances help us to complete the order. I would like to thank them for excellent customer service and honoring a mistake. They were extremely polite and helpful!! Its rare to find good service today. I thank you so much and will remain a home depot customer!! Good job!!

   Went into the homedepot on sunset in henderson asked an employee for where the pick axes are and was informed they didnt have any. We had over $200 in items and just walked out. Hardware store definitely has pick axes he just didnt want to help us (we looked online said 11 in stock) I dont mind going to lowes.
