   I am so happy to tell you about our amazing whole house renovation with Jerezee Construction!
   The positive energy and enthusiasm within this company is fantastic and we immediately felt comfortable and engaged.
   We had excellent chemistry with our high functioning team of Roye, Cisco, Lacey, and Ian. This company delivers superior communication skills, we were in constant contact throughout the project. We always knew what to expect next and when it would happen. They’re organized, prepared and kept the project moving every day. Jerezee Construction delivers outstanding craftsmanship throughout with artisan subcontractors, all of whom are friendly and professional. The detail they provide is beautiful! The job site is left impeccably clean every day. Our team was insightful and thoughtful, providing good suggestions and feedback to our ideas. The timelines are accurate and we actually finished earlier than expected.
   But most importantly, Jerezee Construction WANTS TO PLEASE YOU! It was a fun and extremely rewarding experience- they turned a sad, dated house into our happy and beautiful forever home and we’re forever grateful to this amazing company! Call them!!

   I’m so glad I chose Jerezee Construction for my kitchen renovation and exterior home painting. They were by far the most professional and personable contractors, offering initial assessments, timely estimate, full job plan and the result was a job well done and to a high standard. Most importantly, this company is high integrity and extremely trustworthy.

   Their pricing was competitive and the way in which they handled the client relationship was great. They walked me through the materials selection process ahead of time and created a thorough and organized plan of the protect, inclusive of timelines.

   I was out of town while the project was taking place, which can feel risky but Ilan and his team made everything seamless. I felt that I was in safe hands from Day 1. I was kept updated on the work taking place, with daily recaps, regular text messages and images.

   From start to finish, Jerezee Construction’s work was exemplary. I am very pleased with the result of my kitchen and look forward to working with them on bathrooms next. I would honestly trust them with any part of my house and that is exactly what I was looking for — a trustworthy company with which I can build a relationship over time.

   Especially if you’re a snowbird or have a second home, know that Jerezee is a company you can trust to treat your property with care and deliver high quality work.

   It’s my favorite room of the house! Our mid-century modern bathroom is now a reality, thanks to Shon and Jerezee Construction. When we had renovations in our home several years ago, we felt like we weren’t a priority for the contractor. I eventually had to take over managing the tradespeople to get it finished.
   For our bathroom renovation this time, we contacted Jerezee. Shon was our project manager and he not only checked in every day, but was on site (or a quick call away), to help solve issues as they arose. He also gave excellent input for those quick decisions and made it easier on us.
   We realized we didn’t need a bathtub, but instead a cat cabinet for our litter box. Shon found just the right people to bring that vision to reality. Both us and the kitties are happy!

   If you are ever in need of any type of home construction I highly recommend Jerezee Construction. Their attention to detail is the best I’ve seen. We had both our guest bathroom and master bathroom remodeled. From beginning to completion Jerezee construction was an absolute joy to work with. Ian the scheduler was superb and Yaneer the Project Manager was amazing. Heather was awesome in helping us in purchasing all of the tile, vanities, lights & materials for the bathrooms.

   My experience with Jerezee Construction was great from beginning to end. The complete team starting with Lacey who shopped with me through my many changes of tile, floor, and fixtures. David the project manager who came out after 10pm when I called with a question, Kevin and Jose who also supervised the project were great going across town for me when I was unable. The office staff who greeted me with kindness and pleasant conversation at my first office vist. If you’re looking to remodel look no further than Jerezee Construction.
