   Update April 28.
   These guys suck. Anything they promise you is a lie once you have paid in full. None of the guarantees they made about replacing dead trees is especially. I immediately notified them of issues with dead trees with pictures and text. I was told it was too hot to fix them and that they would fix them when the temperature lowered.
   When I called after summer they said I was past the warranty. I explained to the situation and Jon was going to “get back with me”. Week after week I called and someone would get back to me. We spent $35,000 on this yard with JTB and they can replace the plants and trees they guaranteed. I ended up moving on to another company. I will never recommend JTB again. Be warned. I’m leaving my original review up since they did a great job of installation.

   Don’t think twice about using JTB, they were FANTASTIC! I first saw them put in a new backyard two houses down in 4 days and it looked amazing, so I got a quote, which to be fair wasn’t as cheap as the other 2 companies I got quotes from, but they did SO MUCH more than the other companies and from the work I had seen. Also Jon and Angel (the owner and his right hand man) were extremely competent, so I accepted their bid and I DO NOT regret it. They took out our horrible grass lawn and put in beautiful artificial grass. They put in a solid 10-inch wall with a proper concrete base in the back of our yard keeping our existing trees but replaced all the irrigation.

   At night when I first saw the lighting turn on… I cried… it was so beautiful! The craziest part is EVERY night they neatly cleaned up the construction area, never once asked to use our bathroom, and all seemed happy to do the job, and after 5 days they were completely done. EVERY single member of their crew was professional and every morning they showed up at 7:30 almost on the dot. I’m attaching a few pics of the yard and the crew at work. I sincerely want to thank the ENTIRE team for transforming our backyard into a beautiful spot.

   I had three different companies come to my home for landscaping estimates after our pool installation. JTB had an immediate vision for my backyard and completely transformed it in two weeks. I cannot say how happy we are, feels like we have a Resort in the backyard. Do not hesitate to use this company, I will use them in the future for any landscaping we have.

   Beautiful backyard in just 4 days.
   I highly recommend JTB. No lengthy delays on getting estimates and large work crews ensure that work is done timely and right. I couldn’t be more pleased with my backyard. Kyle is wonderful to work with and has vision so that you don’t get a cookie cutter backyard.

   JTB did a fantastic job on my backyard. From getting a quote with Kyle to finished product was only two weeks and the quality was spectacular. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone we dealt with were super friendly, helpful, and collaborative.

   James, the crew lead, was great in offering up suggestions and creative solutions when he felt a design decision we had made might not add to the execution of our vision. His suggestions really made all the difference in making sure we got exactly what we had envisioned in our heads.

   The whole team was also very responsive as we made minor design tweaks along the way which we really appreciated.

   Would recommend JTB to anyone that needs their landscaping done.

   The owner Jon B. reached to me after my update and assured me this isn’t how they do business. We spoke 1/31/2024. Today is 4/1/2024 and since we have had one visit to our home to check the plants yet they did this back in June and said they’d be back in October when weather is better so the plants don’t die. Well October became November and November became January because it’s too cold. After the recent visit they said oh it’s bad weather we can’t do anything. He said he’ll count the plants and come back to replace it on a different day. This was because it was raining and he didn’t seem too interested in doing any work.

   3/18/24 Jesse called to let me know they’ll come next Monday and on Friday someone will call and let me know the timeframe to expect them. No follow up call whatsoever and my husband prepped the yard, move anything that would be in their way and they no showed. My husband spoke to Dino told him we weren’t on the schedule. I called and spoke to Jesse and she told me he doesn’t know what he’s talking about, he only handles estimates and how she didn’t work on Friday so she doesn’t know anything.

   Jesse again told me the team will come out and replace the plants, not look at them again on 4/1 around 8 or 9am. No one has showed up and no one is answering their phones. We have an infant, so it’s already really difficult to arrange for free time. We respect and work around JTBs schedule yet they can’t respect our time.

   I expect our plants to be replaced within 2 weeks, otherwise will be submitting a formal complaint for not upholding their warranty.

   I would suggest you to not go with this company considering how much money you spend with them and they treat you like a no body afterwards.
