Sunday 12/21/2025 went to your store to get propane no one is there that can sell propane got a smart but answer that made me feel like he could give 2 popps I am in the service business if o e of my employees did this he would be looking for a job.

One guy James was nice, not the other man. There website says they have stuff in stock, and they don’t have it. It’s crowded in there, we were getting old pet food. Big R is definitely better.
James was so personable and helpful! He was just getting off work but took the time to radio for a propane refill and then stood and chatted with us while the tanks were filled. A+++
