   My experience at the Flats has been wonderful. I relocated from another State and they made all the remote-renting process very easy. The staff is helpful and kind. The units are new and the amenities are great. The gym is small, but if you time it right, you can have a wonderful work-out without it being crowded. Nothing bad to say about this place. Sergio and Alex are the best.

   Update
   It’s been about almost 7 months. I think the office staff and maintenance crew are really nice, and I feel safe with the gates. I like the court yard and package locker. They are very prompt with every thing!! Most all the residents are students. It’s super close to campus. I really am happy here.

   Thank you to the whole team for getting me moved in so fast after NMSU housing failed me. I’m loving my new apt. It is perfect. Bailey, Tabitha, Denise, and Hailee and the maintenance team have been amazing.

   I have lived here for almost 5 months and can not say enough great things about living here. The staff is amazing. The property and grounds are always clean and it is super quiet living here. I recommend The Flats to everyone

   I’ve been living here for 8 months now. I’m 28 and just moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico from Austin, Texas.
   You won’t find a better apartment for the price, and location. It’s dog friendly. The balcony’s are HUGE! It’s great to watch the sunset from. Even though it’s next to NMSU it’s a very quiet and safe apartment complex. I haven’t heard any barking dogs, college kids, or loud cars at night! The front desk is quick to respond to emails! What’s blown me away the most is the maintenance on the property!! Them will come and fix issues the same or next day. The apartment complex is top tier, and so is their staff. They will have fun surprises where they cater food to the tenants. Shout out to Denise! She’s been amazing to work with! She’s helped me out in many ways and will answer any question you might have.

   Moved here from San Diego about 2 months ago. I love how close it is to New Mexico State University. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming and maintenance always responds super quick and does a great job at resolving any issues. Also loved how the apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer! They recently updated the keypad at the other gate which was very nice to see as well. Overall, they made my move to New Mexico very easy and comforting
