Speaking from my experience, Orkin was amazing! I called the same day, and someone was out the same day which I was so grateful for! Jamin was super helpful, friendly, stayed in contact upon arrival and his knowledge is unmatched! Initial flat service fee may be a bit for some, but compared to others, I was satisfied with my initial visit with Jamin.
