   Living waters custom pools is absolutely the best pool builder in DFW. I have been dreaming of a pool for 15 years and after researching multiple pool companies in the Dallas area, I spoke with Julia and Paul and knew they were the company for us. Their attention to detail, stunning designs, excellent communication, and consistent professionalism made this our easiest construction project (and we’ve had a lot!). We got started in late October and were swimming by March. I felt the process went very efficiently considering winter construction timing. Their team is knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you want a gorgeous backyard oasis they are the company for you! Thank you to Hayden for being an amazing project manager! Highly recommend. We also use them for our weekly pool maintenance.

   Paul and Julia Collins are super nice people who stand behind their word and work, and Paul is a talented pool designer!

   We had 3 bids underway when a friend insisted I add Living Water Pools to my bid list, and we’re sure glad we did. Their presentation included a 3 minute video of our new yard, as if a drone was hovering around our yard filming the pool design from all angles. Once we saw it we were in!

   Our space was a bit challenging, as our yard is a zero lot line, but opens up to the lake. It’s a fairly tight space to work, but Paul came and had a vision for how to incorporate our wish list, e.g. pool seating, covered kitchen/sitting area, some negative edge, hot tub, etc., and designed an incredible pool area! He built us a resort in our backyard on Lake Ray Hubbard.

   The craftsmen they use are very talented, all super nice, and flexible. From the stone and tile team, to the kitchen builder, electrician and plumbers. We continue to use LWP for my weekly service, and Jacob does a great job keeping it looking great.

   I recommend you call Living Water Pools today, and get your dream yard underway!

   We love our pool, and Living Water turned our back yard into a beautiful place we want to spend as much time in as possible. From design to construction, the crew was easy to work with. No construction project is completely easy, but they fixed anything we had an issue with, without ever making it seem like we were the ones with issues. They repeatedly let us know they would make it right—that’s what they do and it’s who they are. I have friends who have recently put in pools with other companies and have described their experience as a nightmare. Not so with us. I was very pleased with Living Water, and the end result far exceeded our expectations. Best decision we’ve made.

   We are in love with our SECOND Living Water pool. Paul and his team (Tony, David, etc) have been great with innovative designs, communication, and resolving any little issue fairly. If we ever move, we would be sure to use them again and get not thing but compliments from those that see our backyard oasis. Thanks LWCP!

His extensive knowledge, quick response to texts and calls, and dedication to going above and beyond have been invaluable. Whether it’s routine concerns or unexpected issues, Josh always delivers exceptional service. Working with him and Living Waters Custom Pools has been a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend them!
