Every detail—big and small—was handled with care, and the communication throughout the entire process was exceptional.

   We had an exceptional experience building our custom home and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The build quality was outstanding, including complex custom features such as a walk-in, temperature-controlled wine cellar capable of housing over 1,500 bottles. The level of craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations.

   All design selections were completed prior to breaking ground, which made the entire process highly efficient and well organized. Communication throughout the build was excellent, and the team kept us informed every step of the way. While there were a few inevitable bumps along the way, any issues that arose were handled promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. The owner, David Gordon, is a man of integrity, and that quality is clearly reflected throughout his entire team.

   The project stayed on schedule, and Desiree’s assistance, experience, and extensive knowledge made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. As someone who is highly detail-oriented and deliberate in decision-making, building a fully custom home could have been overwhelming. Desiree guided us through every aspect of the selection and design process—hundreds of decisions—with patience, expertise, and unwavering support. Without her, the process would have been far more difficult.

   We built at the same time as several friends who chose other builders, and the contrast was clear. Our home was completed on schedule and with far fewer headaches. Based on our experience, we would absolutely build again with Aspire—and them alone. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a truly custom home and a reliable, high-quality building experience.

   David, Desiree, Taylor, and the rest of the Aspire team made the design and pre-construction phase of the homebuilding process stress free. As first time home builders, we were unsure of what to expect going into the process. The team went out of their way to answer all of our questions, discuss alternatives when necessary, and designed a home we are excited to complete. We look forward ot the next phase of the process and would highly recommend them to others looking to build a home.

   Please be cautious of working directly with Aspire. The homes are beautiful but the person we considered working with, Jay, was so unprofessional we decided we would never buy a house from them. He straight up lied and told us that we would be unable to find a house in our price range in the area we were looking when HIS OWN COMPANY was selling one in our range in the location we were looking in at the time we were looking. It was just so ridiculous because two seconds of Internet search showed the lie. They really wanted us to pay for a house that hadn’t been fully constructed yet so he seemed to think lying was a better idea. Then after we bought with someone else instead of the professional “oh, too bad, would love to do business in the future response” he thought insulting our decisions was a better idea. Also, they will fight you to the death on working with an agent since they seem to think they’ll be able to get more money out of you and make you believe you got a deal. Unless you are an agent or have a lot of experience in real estate, I wouldn’t recommend working with them.
   Also, only worked with Jay, so it’s possible other agents aren’t as bad.
