   This was our first home renovation project/experience (non-bearing wall/bedroom addition) and it was Awesome. We decided to choose Bighorn after meeting with several renovation companies because they were professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. The entire renovation process was fairly smooth from begining to end. The few hiccups we had were due to our own personal busy schedule, but they were very flexible with us and accommodating . Mendell was our project manager and he kept us updated frequently on the timeline and what to expect during each step of the process. Nathan the owner also checked in with us frequently to ensure everything was going well and answered any questions we had. The workers: Miguel, Pablo and the others were very nice and courteous. They always ensured our house was protected with barriers and kept everything clean. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be calling BigHorn again when I am ready for my next project

   I cannot thank BIG HORN REMODELING enough for the wonderful job they did to our bathroom.
   1. The pricing was the best quote we got after asking two other construction companies in Las Vegas.
   2. Always a prompt response to all our concern and questions.
   3. Kayla was our advisor throughout the whole process and she was professional, made sure everything was scheduled ahead of time to fit our schedules. She is a great interior designer and helped us achieve our goal while fitting our budget and she was always checking in and making sure that everything is being done correctly.
   4. The workers that came were fantastic, they were respectful to us and to our home, they were mindful of the construction mess and cleaned up after every work day.
   The whole project was finished in a timely manner and we absolutely love our bathroom, it is practical for our family and modern. If I need another house upgrade, I would use this same company.

   I had my master bathroom shower leak into my garage. Big Horn helped me out with every step of the process to replace my shower. My shower was a custom install previously, with electronic controls and multiple shower heads and sprayers – big horn took into account what I had previously and completely restored my shower to better than before condition. The workmanship far exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my friends and family.

   Long and Kayla were up front in their discussions with me and managed the project to my expectations. The main worker, Ruben, performed exceptional work, above and beyond my expectations. He worked long hours, cleaned up after himself every night, and most importantly did fantastic work on the installation of the shower.

   The job was completed within the timeframe they advertised to me.

   Any minor issues discovered after the shower was install have been resolved nearly instantly – I have a strong peace of mind that the work has been done in such a way that the shower will last a long time into the future.

   I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Big Horn Remodeling. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to deliver results that exceeded my expectations. They redid my kitchen island and countertops, installed new lighting, and added hardware throughout my kitchen and the final result is absolutely stunning.

   What really stood out to me was their responsiveness and fairness. Anytime I had a question, Nathan and Lonny were quick to respond, clear in their communication, and always upfront and honest. Their pricing was fair, and I truly felt that they cared more about making sure I was happy than just completing a job.

   The quality of their work speaks for itself, but their dedication to customer satisfaction impressed me even more. They even came in on a weekend to stay on track with the agreed-upon timeline, which shows the level of pride and professionalism they put into their work.

   Nathan and Lonny were both fantastic—professional, kind, and detail-oriented. Every little touch was thoughtfully done, and they made sure I was happy every step of the way.

   My wife and I are proud to rate and recommend Big Horn Remodeling. Nathan and his gifted team of craftsmen treated our home as if it was their own. Nathan and his project manager, Kayla listened intently about what we were looking for in a kitchen remodel; counter tops, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, etc. and provided us with sound advice and recommendations, throughout the process. For many, the thought of remodeling can be incredibly stressful. We were no different. Let me assure you that working with Nathan and his people made this remodel pain free. The crew was always hard working, kind, considerate, and flexible. I say this because as individual team members would go about their business, they weren’t afraid to communicate with us along the way. This says something about confidence, loyalty and support. If there was something we wanted changed, they would communicate with Nathan and/or Kayla. If something had to be done a certain way, they always explained why. After completing an element within the remodel, they would tell us that if there was something that didn’t meet our exceptions, Nathan would always make it right; even months down the road, if necessary. Again, we give Big Horn Remodeling 5 stars.
