Just hired Matt to take care of a small pigeon issue at my residence and he was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, responsive, prompt, reasonably priced and of course he did a great job. As a small business owner I appreciate people like Matt who run their business the right way. Do not hesitate to contact him if you have pest issues!

Buglo was easy to deal with and clearly understood our pigeon problem and solar array/alcoves. He quoted a reasonable price which he honored even though they did extra steps. His worker Devin was thorough and thoughtful. I can recommend Bugpro without reservation. No point in adding photos. My wife told me they had not screened the alcoves. They were there but painted black, pmaking them almost invisible!
I was referred to Matt by someone. He came out, inspected, and gave me exactly what I needed. No trying to upsell or talk me into things I didn’t need. No scare tactics. Timely, professional, friendly, and he even puts up with my late spring, early summer phone calls melting down about the massive amounts of little black sugar ants that seemingly sprout overnight. He is safe around my animals (trust me, we got a zoo) and that is super important with the variety of animals we have.
Matt is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the service from BugPro. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my home, explain the issue, and walk me through the treatment plan.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to safety—especially since I have pets. We have been using BugPro for over year and are super pleased.
