Prices are decent, but the markup is still insanely high compared to the Mom and pop shops around and Amazon. Unfortunately, we were not greeted and there was no one available to help us. Please at least greet customers as they walk in the door so they are acknowledged. This will help a customers stay look around and shop instead of feeling ignored and leaving.
This is just my advice based on the experience I am bringing which is 32 years.
I recently bought a new Doughboy Pool from Crown Pools in Dallas and was referred to Marcos Coronado for the installation. The entire experience was outstanding—smooth, efficient, and with results that far exceeded my expectations. Marcos and the Crown Pools team truly went above and beyond. Crown Pools sold us the liner for our pool renovation this summer and they referred us to Marcos Coronado to do the installation. We couldn’t be happier with his workmanship and communication on this project. We recommend using Crown Pools & Marcos for all your vinyl pool needs!
Great prices on pool chemicals. Salesperson was very helpful with questions on pool maintenance. Yes, they are open.
My wife and I bought a pool back in June 2022 and we were very pleased with the customer service we received.
The guys were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They helped us through out the summer with free water testing and keeping out pool water clear and perfectly balanced. Today August 2023 we went in for warranty part replacement and like always the guys greet us with a friendly smile and great attitude. They took care of our warranty part issue and a lot more with no questions asked. Definitely these guys offer top notch customer service. In my opinion very few places take care of customers like this.
