I had a great experience with Green Magic pest control from stat to finish. Our technician Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The treatment was effective, and I noticed a big improvement very quickly. I really appreciated how thorough and respectful they were in my home. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest pest control.
Green Magic does an amazing job! The day we moved into our house 9 years ago, we saw scorpions inside. I immediately hired Green Magic, and we haven’t had a single scorpion since. Our service tech Jacob is prompt, communicative and friendly. Recommend 100%!
From my very first call this morning, everything about this experience was exceptional. I spoke with Davis, who was professional, courteous, and confident. He asked the right questions, provided a clear verbal quote, and offered same-day service within a set time range. The entire conversation was smooth, informative, and reassuring.
Derek arrived right on time and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and attention to detail. He communicated every step of the process, when he was on his way, what he planned to do, and how he would do it. He first asked what I needed, assessed the situation, and then completed everything I requested plus the full standard treatment.
Derek removed cobwebs, sprayed both inside and outside, explained his methods clearly, and took care to protect the floors by covering his shoes. When finished, he locked up my garage appropriately and reached out, as I had asked, to confirm that everything was done. We quickly reviewed the service together, and I was completely satisfied.
From start to finish, from Davis’s professionalism to Derek’s outstanding execution, the experience was phenomenal. I just hope that future visits continue to reflect the same high standards I experienced today. Five stars all the way.
I’ve been using green magic pest control for a little bit over a year now, and very happy with my service I no longer see any bugs, roaches, scorpions really no bugs at all. Whenever my house gets serviced all the technicians are very respectful of our house & communication is always there before and after they are done servicing my home. My tech for today’s service was Derek Hersker & he was really great!
