   Today was my first visit. Mark L was communicative and pleasant to speak with. He assured me that TruGreen can bring back my lawn to its glory.

   Alex Jimenez did a great job! He really shows how much he cares about not only the company he works for, but you, the customer, as well! He did more than take care of me and answer any questions I may of had. I would 100% recommend Alex as your sales representative for whatever your landscaping needs may be! Great work!!

   Burned my fresh grown beautiful grass with a fertilizer spray service. Within hours my grass was dying and now dead. After repeated calls for a manager to call us or come access and fix from their negligence, we are still waiting. They sent another tech who seeded my front lawn but never went to the back. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a reaction to our grass but definitely the worst. You can’t spray the cocktail of chemicals they use while exposed to heat and sun. This tells me they have inexperienced techs. Use extreme caution when using TruGreen. We are canceling our services.

   I had bores in my mesquite trees and between them and myself, We finally got rid of them. I have 4 mesquite trees. One tree still shows some, but just had a sevice and hopefully they will all be gone!

   Our last service was completed today. I will say we will not be hiring them again. The first phone call should have been a sign but we went through with it anyway. The intial phone call, the lady trying to sign us up could not understand us and was trying to make us pay for more square footage of our yard for treatment even though we told her multiple times that it was rocks and not grass. We paid for service to help with the bare spots in our lawn and to help thicken the grass. There are still bare spots in our lawn and in spots that use to grow sooo well, now look kind of burned and dead. When it was time to airrate and seed, they missed spots to airate, like in the bare areas that needed it the most. We did our best to follow the FAQs online but on the receipts we get after service there is never anything useful on them to help upkeep our lawn.
