Our manager, Misty, is outstanding. She stays on top of all maintenance requests or any other issues we bring up to her attention and deals with things immediately. We are in a renovated unit with nice appliances. This place may have a reputation of not being so great, but they are doing everything they can to change that look.
Avoid at all costs. It is roach infested even after renovations. The apartment looks good but after the second day of living there, roaches were roaming throughout the whole place. I reported it to them and they would not take full responsibility. I wanted to move out and they stated that I would still have to pay. Worst housing experience.
The pictures attached aren’t even the last of them.
Misty in the office is very genuine and kind. She stays on the maintenance request. I was very satisfied with her customer service. On the other hand, the apartment I lived in is renovated and had modern appliances 🙂 Very stylish and affordable apartments!
A man was shot and killed in the parking lot here last month!
The majority of these units were controlled by Rhonda Cain. DO NOT RENT FROM HER! She is a slumlord who tries her best to avoid maintenance and repairs and hates sending professional exterminators to her units. This place has a big cockroach problem. Avoid renting from Synergy Wealth, LLC and Ruby Red Investments, LLC since Rhonda is involved with those companies. The conditions of the exterior of the buildings and the stairs leading to second floor kept getting worse over time. Flooding near the mailboxes is also a problem. Rhonda is also president of the Homeowners Association, and they didn’t do a good job maintaining the place. Avoid renting from Vista Group Investments LLC, MLT Investments, LLC, High Sierra Properties, LLC, Green Island Holdings LLC, and RB Property Holdings LLC since these are some other companies Rhonda is involved with.
The property manager does not respect corresponding parking that comes with a unit, the property manager Kevin will still have your vehicle towed from your own spot! Place is riddled with roaches too!
