Josh did a great job treating our house-he sprayed inside and outside. He took the time to understand the issues we were trying to resolve and he also explained why he did things the way he did. The product sprayed was safe for humans and animals and doesn’t leave a bad smell. I’d recommend his services to others. Customers service provided by Letha was also high quality. She was able to schedule us promptly the very next day.
Jake did an awesome job with our pest service at Lane Dental. He was very thorough, efficient, and respectful of our business. He got everything done quickly, and our patients didn’t even notice he was here, which we really appreciate. Highly recommend!

We needed a bunch of red wasps taken care of on the eaves of our two story house. Instead of paying the one time fee of $175 (to “completely kill all the wasps and remove the nest so they don’t return”) I wanted to give this company and family owned business a chance. I signed up for the four months and everything was looking great. The woman I spoke with over the phone was SO nice. Now, we get scheduled for WED of this week and a technician comes out and informs me that he can not take care of the wasps because that requires a specialty technician because they are the only ones who have ladders (mind you the reason I called was for the wasp removal one eaves). So, initially I was flustered because I couldn’t understand why we were sent a regular technician instead of a specialty technician because I said it over and over again that they were on eaves of our two story house. Sending someone who couldn’t handle the red wasps just didn’t make sense because I was told with certainty that they would be taken care of that day, but I get mistakes happen. I allowed them to schedule the specialty technician, BUT I did mention that we had some red wasp out on the back patio, and some mud dobbers (he didn’t need a ladder to reach them). He knocked very little down back there as I will post the pictures in this review. I then ended up speaking with a manager the next day and he apologized for everything, he credited us $25 and booked us in for the next day with a specialty technician for Friday (today) and I’m like YES! Things have turned around. I got a text from the technician while at work saying he was 30 to 60 mins out so, I responded with awesome thank you and that there also some nest outback that the first technician didn’t take care of! He arrives 30ish mins after that exchange and then my fiancé calls me while at work saying he has to come back because of our small trailer was in the way (full transparency we do not think the trailer was in the way. He had plenty of room. But is what it is) So, I get on the phone with my fiancé and he’s trying to leave and wasn’t sure if they could make it back out today MIND YOU! I failed to mention above that the manager told me it will get taken care of tomorrow. As I asked for reassurance purposes because of the first visit we had and I am highly allergic to them. So, he takes off he didn’t even take care of the ones out back… My fiancé said he just seemed ready to leave when he got there. Summing it all up we were not impressed we were stressed. I tried to be nice and patient and understanding and it just kept getting tossed in my face. I canceled with Berrett today and would like a full refund as I had mentioned to the polite women over the phone earlier today. We did not get serviced. We had two guys come out and not even half way do the job that needed to be done.
As for good things I experienced with my experience through Barrett- ALL of the females I spoke to over the phone were exceptional, so polite and understanding they even complimented how polite and nice I was about everything and how I was nice towards them.
Also, the manager I spoke to was exceptional as well.
We were excited to support a family owned business and are both very understanding people, but that was a stressful experience for us.
Thank you to the gals over the one and male manager I spoke to over the phone. The technicians names were Taylor and Raul. Awful technicians but awesome office staff.
Berrett Pest Control is wonderful! We use it at home and at my place of work. The techs are always so friendly and helpful. As well, LeeAnn is so kind on the phone and very sweet! I highly recommend them!
