Conditt Pool & SPA was dispatched through my Home Warranty Company. He misdiagnosed the problem which caused the Warranty Company to deny the claim . I called another service company and it was as simple as a bad igniter for the heater for which they charged me $350.00, when it charge have been covered under the home warranty had the problem been properly diagnosed.
