Opening Times.
The customer service I received from Richard was top notch. I was in a tough situation with a broken pipe. After digging the entire valve unit to attempt the fix myself, I found myself out of sunlight and in a bind. Richard called me on FaceTime to help me with ideas on a quicker fix and how to turn off the valve line where the handles had rusted off.
This is the most genuine, people first customer service, I have received since being a home owner..
He and this company have earned my future business and I will share with others.
Pedro gave me an estimate and said that he had to order the parts. I had to follow up with him multiple times to get updates. In the last text, he gave me a date and time, and ghosted me. No message, no reschedule, no response to my texts. After two weeks of waiting for service, I’ve called another company.
Highly recommend ProGreen Landscaping! They were easy to schedule and the guys came right on time. Pedro and his coworker were fantastic! Very friendly and they was able to resolve my sprinkler issue by replacing and rewiring them. Would use them again!
Had a massive water leak coming from one of my valves. They walked me through turning it off. They where able to come out the next business day. To look at it and the falling day to do the repairs. Amazing service. Even though i was at work Pedro was able to keep me up to date with everything that was going on and pictures before and after on all the work done. Definitely recommend them. And I plan to use them for all my furniture needs.
Over priced and technicians left my lawn a mess when they left. I ended up paying my landscape guy $450 to repair the damage to the lawn.
