Opening Times.
I came across this garden nurseries by chance and absolutely love it. It’s a wonderful local, small business worth supporting. They offer a great selection of landscaping plants, from trees to shrubs, suitable for many environments from full sun to full shade. Bulk mulch is available at very reasonable prices. The young woman who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered thoughtful recommendations.
A little disappointed in the customer service today. Purchased 1/2 pallet of sod for $135 late yesterday.. Realized I needed a few more pieces for my project. I returned with the empty pallet for the deposit. And inquired about purchasing a few more pieces of sod. The nice gentlemen helping me load suggested I purchase the other half pallet as it would be less expensive. The lady at the counter said she had to charge me another $135 instead of the $189 for a full pallet. That made no good business sense. As two halves of the same pallet is a whole. And paying for two halves would have cost $270…smh
Then after talking with the loader, I realized I originally was shorted pieces as I only recieved 78 instead of the 84 pieces that make up a half pallet. And as I drove out I realized they never paid me my wooden pallet deposit. So I had to return to have them credit me card.
Not very satisfied with the customer service today….you better pay close attention to the games. But this was the first time in over 20 years of doing business with them.
The staff at Heinz did a fantastic job helping my wife and I select new plants that fit our vision for our yard. A great selection of Hydrangeas that are sized properly for the area. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and a special shoutout to Victor for going above and beyond.
The staff at Heinz nursery did a great job assisting with removing old landscaping and replacing them with current foilage that has totally elavated my landscape and curb appeal. Bert and his team were great removing and installing and were very knowledgable about what plants to be used in our new plans. They were flexible with our time frame due to travel and very efficient getting the job done once it started. Thanks Heinz nursery for my beautiful landscaping! The Miller Family
We love Heinz Nurseries! I was just there for their 40th anniversary celebration, and we came home with the most beautiful mums for my front porch. This was such a fun, family-friendly event – I hope they will do something similar again soon! My son had the best time. Thank you!
