   I had the pleasure of working with this amazing pool service after the recent Santa Ana winds and fires caused a mess in my pool. I called them up and they were quick to respond no hassle at all. Despite the challenging conditions to get my pool back to looking spotless but no problem. The professionalism and efficiency really impressed me. Highly recommend them for anyone in need reliable, top-notch pool cleaning services. Will definitely be calling them again.

   BEYOND.

   After a terrible install, and an even worse start up, we are so grateful to have found Pop’s. Mark – the owner – has already gone out of his way to help us find some replacement pool equipment that is out of stock. He’s so informative and he spent quite a bit of time explaining our options. Andres, the technician, was warm and knowledgeable. Tony – our cleaner, actually spends quite a bit of time over here and in the five years we have had our pool it has never looked better.

   The best part is that Pop’s gives you a breakdown of the cost of all of the chemicals that they are using. They do a time stamped photo before and after to let you know how long the technician is at your house. Then they itemize everything that they did for the pool and what the chemical levels were before and after. Who knew??!!

   This is our third pool cleaning/repair company and we’re so relieved to have well priced, honest, and thorough service. I cannot recommend them more highly.

   Love working with Pop’s and they’re always in and out without me having to worry about it. I’ve also worked with them on a few other issues (new filter, tile cleaning, etc.) and they’re always willing to help me out – even if they don’t have something to sell me.

   We’re so satisfied with their pool service and so beyond happy we went with them. They show up same day every week in the time window they gave us (last guy would randomly not show up or show up on different days), they send an email report of your pool and what they did, they are very professional, and most importantly our pool looks amazing!

   The Pop’s team is outstanding! We just got a new house with a pool, and I didn’t know the first thing about how to take care of it. I called Pop’s, and my problems were solved! Very knowledgeable and personable customer service from A to Z. It was easy to schedule my first service. The work was high quality and done efficiently. The pool looks great, and they even send emails after they clean with a picture of the pool, taking customer service to the next level. I highly recommend Pop’s for all your pool service needs!
