This is a great pool service company! I highly recommend them. They are full service, reliable and very knowledgeable. They are great at sending me weekly reports about our pool service. They also regularly send out informative and educational emails. They just sent customers an email discussing “Seasonal Pool Conditions & What to Expect” for the coming spring season.
Robbie does an excellent job making sure our pool is sparkling clean and beautiful all year round! I am so happy we found Coastal Luxury and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and wonderful pool company!
Austin is extremely competent and very professional. He diagnosed several potential leaks in our pool system and within 24 hours had secured the parts as well as a replacement acuator motor. He quickly and apparently flawlessly installed all the parts. He is a great representative of your company which has been providing us with excellent regiular maintenance service for nearly two years.
Coastal Luxury Outdoors created a beautiful, resort-like oasis in our backyard. Daniel, our superintendent, has been incredible from start to finish. He responds quickly to any questions, and had made sure everything has run smooth. He was on site almost every day, and available by phone. He made sure we were in the loop every step of the way. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Daniel throughout this entire process! We will miss his visits now that everything is complete! The quality, of work that CLO provdes is top tier. Our friends told us they felt like they were at a resort! David was our designer. He took our ideas and ran with a beautiful design. Everyone at Coastal has been exceptionally nice to work with and was always exceeding our expeditions to make our vision come to life.
Coastal Luxury Outdoors pool service is excellent, robust and efficient. They have great weekly maintenance technicians, service techs, and golden customer service. I recommend them to everyone that needs a full service, one stop pool company. I am a grateful to have them servicing my pool and equipment.
