   Brilliant service. Best Local Pool Services was recommended to us by a neighbor. This is our first week with them and they have been brilliant. The owner came out first and told us what was needed to be done and the work was then completed the next day. We’ve been kept informed every step of the way, with emails, texts and photos. The maintenance cost is very affordable compared to other companies. This is the service we hoped for but weren’t sure we would find. I feel we don’t need to worry about our swimming pool/spa now as it’s in good hands.

   Best local pool services has been servicing and maintaining our pool since we bought our house. We got our home when the housing market was very hot and many calls went unanswered or extremely high priced for pool services. Best local pool services answered our call and had someone out ASAP on a weekly schedule. The weekly cleaning is thorough and technicians provide feedback on the equipment status for preventative maintenance or repairs needed to keep the swimming pool working at optimum level. All the equipment was the original since first installed, I had the pump and heater replaced along with some other work, the pricing costs were very competitive when compared to other pool service companies. We’ve had great responses dealing with this company and all the folks that work here.

   My pool guy retired after 21 years. I found Best Local Pool Services online and took a shot and called them. So happy I found them!! Got my swimming pool heater repaired and back up. Prices were reasonable and service was great! I highly recommend them. Staff is very knowledgeable and efficient.

   I called this company to repair a plumbing issue I had on an install that was not done correctly when I had my equipment installed 10 years ago. Best Local Pool Services did an outstanding job and really knew the skills to correct this issue so that I will not have a problem with it in the future. Staff was responsive to my problem when I sent them pictures of the issue and when they arrived on time, they assured me that they would correct the issue. When I arrived back home to inspect how they corrected the issue, I was very pleased as they not only fixed the issue but really corrected it perfectly. I actually now even have more water pressure that I didn’t have before going directly to the whirlpool. I had called 5 other swimming pool companies prior to calling Best Local with little to no call backs at all from the others. They quickly called me back and was receptive to fixing my issue. Thanks, Best Local Pool Services for a job well done!

   I called this company and talked to them about my issues I was having and the fact we had plans to use our pool over the weekend for a special event. The tech had our pool fixed within 24 hours for half the cost of another local pool company near me. They were timely, kind and knowledgeable. We also signed up to have pool cleanings weekly. We highly recommend.
