   ProTouch Pool Services was great to work with in handling our Pentair repair. Lance was able to come out super fast and diagnose the problem. They were communicative and got the job done efficiently. I would highly recommend them for any pool needs!

   I reached out to ProTouch Pools and was completely upfront from the beginning about the services I wanted to receive. Unfortunately, those services were not provided as agreed.

   The company came to my residence three times, and on two of those visits they left visible debris throughout the pool after they were supposedly finished. I documented the issue with photos and reached out to them, politely requesting help in rectifying the situation. I was told the issue would be addressed, but no follow-through ever occurred.

   Instead of correcting the problem or trying to work with me to make things right, I later received a message from them stating they would be cancelling my service. It seems that the fact I pointed out that the work was not being done properly may have irritated them, which is extremely disappointing.

   I found this response to be very unprofessional. A reputable company should be willing to listen to customer concerns, fix mistakes, and work collaboratively to ensure the requested services are completed correctly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ProTouch Pools to anyone looking for reliable, quality pool service.

   Hudson Harris

   Lance from ProTouch Pool was phenomenal. He replaced our entire pool system—filter, pump, and salt cell—and made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. His knowledge and professionalism were clear from the start, and he took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we understood how to maintain the new system. The quality of work was top-notch, and he was responsive, helpful, and just a genuinely great guy to work with. If you’re looking for someone reliable who knows their stuff, Lance and Pro Touch Pool are the real deal.

   Colin McMahon

   Kevin inspected the pool that I bought and was incredibly helpful on explaining how everything works, realistically how long various parts would last, and working with the seller’s agent to explain things. It was ~$300 for an inspection and was well worth it as we got about $1,500 in seller credits. I also chatted with other pool inspectors in the area and Kevin’s price was much more reasonable and he was way more direct on explaining things and getting the inspection done quickly.

   After we bought the house, I was looking to maintain it on my own and Kevin graciously spent a couple hours on the phone explaining the chemicals and basic pool chemistry.

   I cannot recommend Kevin and Pro Touch Pools enough! Professional, no BS, and overall a great guy!

   I recently purchased a home with a spa and had no idea how to take care of it, so I reached out to Kevin for help. Despite the fact that I wasn’t a paying customer, he generously spent over 30 minutes walking me through the process of cleaning and maintaining my spa, step by step. His patience, knowledge, and willingness to help—just out of kindness—truly impressed me. If I ever need spa services in the future, Kevin and his team will be my first call.
