Mr. Marcus Coleman is Our Pool Gentlemen.
He shared with me the working of the Pool/Spa equipment. Let me know I already have a Heater for my Pool and how to use it.
The water was pretty Gross on Thursday & still kinda gross but NOT as Bad ……figured I will give it a few day (untill Mr. Marcus comes back) to look completely clear again & try the heater out.
I appreciate Mr Marcus didn’t make me feel some sorta way about the situation of my POOL/SPA he totally overstood that this is my 1st time owning a Pool/Spa & gave his word “oh we will get you back into a clean an functional pool/spa” with a professional confidence and smile.💯

Thomas took over the project to resurface my pool from another team and has done a fabulous job. The project moved much faster and was completed very professionally and to the highest standards. The prep and plaster team was well equipped, knowledgeable, polite and left the pool and property super clean. Many thanks to Thomas for getting this project back on track and completed!

Even better — they had the pump in stock and had a tech out the very next day.
Steven Six, their repair technician, did an outstanding job. He was professional, polite, and the quality of his work was top-notch.
