   you can really see the quality of a pool cleaning company when something unexpected comes up. we recently had our old pool in san antonio completely refinished and cleaned. i have some experience with pool remodeling, so i know what to look for when it comes to good work. i’m honestly very happy with how the pool turned out—it looks fantastic and the water is crystal clear. we chose this company because they’ve been handling our pool cleaning for years, and ricky, our regular pool tech, always does a great job. the whole crew, led by mike in the construction department, was very professional. both kaleb and mike stopped by several times to make sure every part of the job went smoothly. as with any big pool project, we ran into some surprises when they removed all the old plaster, but the team handled each issue quickly and kept the pricing fair for any extra work needed. there was one big mix-up when the pool was plastered the wrong color because of a mistake with the order. but mike took care of it right away—they re-plastered the pool with the correct color at no extra charge. on top of that, mike even gave us a complimentary pool cleaner to help with the extra water costs. that really showed me they care about their customers. honestly, i think if i had gone with a smaller pool cleaning company and the same mistake happened, i probably wouldn’t have seen them again. but this team stood behind their work and made sure we were completely satisfied. one tip for anyone getting pool work done in san antonio: try to be around for each step, so you can answer questions and make sure everything is done right. sometimes, being present helps avoid mistakes and keeps the project on track. in the end, our pool looks amazing, and we highly recommend this company for anyone needing pool cleaning or pool renovation services in the area.

The team installed new pool decking, added beautiful poolside lighting, and updated our landscaping around the pool—we absolutely LOVE how everything turned out.
